The ideal candidate will provide administrative support members, associates and legal assistants. Will work closely with assigned teams to manage the day-to-day activities.
Responsibilities
- Prepare correspondence, memoranda, and other documents in an accurate and timely manner.
- Manage and/or maintain calendar by scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
- Keep current with expense reporting and process check requests.
- Initiate conflict process, draft engagement letters and submit intake documentation for processing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in a legal setting
- Familiarity with law, legal procedures, and protocols
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
